Up at 6 A.M., a quick cup of coffee, then off to prayer meeting. We are praying for our leaders; church, local, state and national, in this time of seeming upheaval.
It was a cold and rainy morning, hence the tread mill. I walked my usual 40 minutes. Today I listened to Josh Groban. That makes the walk less painful.
Cheerio!!!We had an appointment at the Fairport Baptist Home for an update on our friend. I didn't take any pictures of this event. It is a difficult time, as she is slipping farther away from us and deeper into her Alzheimer's.
Another of Jim's "evil ideas". $9.99 lunch at Friendly's includes an entree, a drink and a two scoop sundae. Once again, resistance was futile!! Now you see why we have to walk so much.
Next stop, BJ's Wholesale Club: drink boxes and snacks for Sunday school next week. Pam's turn to treat.
Tuesday is "free popcorn" day at the Eastview Regal. We met Linda and Jason for "The Express". A great flick.
I grant you, it was a little chilly in our house, but this? Do you wonder that I have bad dreams?

Poor Jim...LOL!
I'm loving your Day in the Life posts! So neat to have a peak into your every day life ;-)
Hello Pam!
It has been awhile since I stopped by and just wanted to say "hi". Love reading your day in the life posts.
Take care!
I read this post first and then decided that I needed to start from where I had last read!
I love the pic of Jim! They say a person loses so much body heat through the head, so I can see the reason for the hoodie. I find that when I'm lying on my side, that if I cover the other ear, I feel so much warmer. Try it! You'll see that I haven't lost my sanity! LOL Out nights are getting cooler here now....sooooo good for sleeping except one of smoke detectors chirped ALL night! Gotta go get some new batteries as I couldn't find my reserves last night. Isn't that always the way? LOL
Love reading about your daily life! Where did you get the idea?
(((((( HUGS ))))))
GREAT pictures today, Pam!! I love the one of you speaking to the Scouts and the one of Jim is priceless!!!
And free popcorn day? I would be there EVERY time!!! :-) Movie popcorn--with lots of extra butter--is one of my fave things ever!
You're doing a great job on your Week in the Life!
