I love cooler weather - not that we have any down here, it's still 87-90 every day - and the shorter days. I love the time change. Most everyone I know hates it but I love it!
Hi Pam,
Well, you pretty well covered all my likes and dislikes. I don't like winter much, but I used to like it when I was younger. We don't often get much snow, but it can't be ruled out, and these roller coaster roads around here are hard to navigate with any kind of snow, or worse yet, ice! So I could do without winter altogether!
Enjoyed your post. Have a great Monday.
Hugs,
Renie
I love this post. Your trees are breathtaking! There are some beautiful reds this year, aren't there?
I wish we had a winter here! Maybe not six months, but this 90 one day and 50 the next thing is driving me nuts. I love all your fall color pictures. Makes me miss Seattle. :)
Great post Pam, I have to say I agree with all of your likes and dislikes. Beautiful pictures of the leaves, I hate raking though, I usually just blow them into the woods with my lawn mower!
I wish I had heard the sermon you mentioned in your comment. It sounds just like one I would love to hear. There just can't be enough said about grace and mercy can there?
We are expecting snow tomorrow! Can you believe that? I don't think it's going to amount to much but it's still rather early to be having a snow storm! I will be ready with my trusty camera!
We get slaughtered by our front trees and I am dreading the mess. Hoping for more wind to carry them far into the woods on their own.
I love fall food too. I made a large pot of yummy cheese soup for dinner. Can't wait for pumpkin pie.
Our weather keeps yo-yoing up and down.... i'm ready for cool!
I miss you when you don't post but luckily see you on f@cebook!
Winter does last a long time..I guess, like you're saying, that's what makes Spring and Summer so
wonderful.
I'm discovering that in my own life. Being really busy, makes the lazy days seem so much better:)
