And The Winner Is....

Here is the actual journal that I am giving away in celebration of my 250th posting. It was waiting in our post office when Jim and I returned home on Monday. It is even prettier than this picture shows. Once again, may I recommend you check out Dagmar's blog and Etsy shop.
Oh yes, I did title this post And The Winner Is, so I imagine you would like to know who that winner is. Well, it is my friend Dana. I put all the names in a basket last night and had Jim draw the winner. I really had to laugh when he pulled Dana's name as, not too long ago, I won a giveaway from Dana. In fact, she sent me the cute hippo bookmark that appears on my blog.
Anyway, thanks to all of you who commented and sent anniversary wishes. We had a wonderful time in the mountains. I have stories and pictures that I will, hopefully, post tomorrow. Until then...

And I'm looking forward to your pictures and stories about you trip to the mountains.

Huggies,

Renie--who is sporting a nasty eye injury and wearing sun glasses when she goes anywhere now! Eileen says she looks like a celebrity in them. Ha!

Congrats, Dana! This (much prettier) journal reminds me of a notebook my mom used to keep at Christmas time with all of her shopping lists, budgets and purchased gifts. On the front of the composition notebook she wrote in bold letters, "For Mom's eyes only!." Seriously, who was she kidding????
